What to include in your message
A useful first message names the broker you are considering, the general type of strategy and the service you want to discuss. It helps to say whether you have written rules, access to a test environment or an existing tool that needs review. We can then respond with relevant questions and explain the next scoping step. Please do not put passwords, account credentials or sensitive financial information in the form. Submitting an enquiry does not enable trading or create a paid plan.

What happens after you enquire
We read the outline you send and identify any information needed to assess the technical scope. If the request appears to fit our work, we arrange a discussion about broker access, strategy rules, testing and operating responsibilities. A written proposal follows only when there is enough information to describe the deliverables and price. Some requests cannot proceed because an interface is unavailable or the proposed rules are not sufficiently defined. We will explain that limitation rather than suggest an unsupported connection.
You do not need to arrive with a technical specification. A broker name, a description of your rules and one clear question are enough to begin a useful conversation.
